RDX-BM series power control technology

1. The high-power high-frequency switching power supply adopts the multi unit module parallel combination mode (Registration No.: 2020RS1628208), and adopts the full bridge phase-shifting soft switching control mode. Eliminate switching stress to the greatest extent. The most advanced high-performance 32-bit CPU and advanced 6-channel DMA controller IC in the United States are adopted, which has the function of automatically adjusting and setting trigger pulse timing parameters. The power driving part adopts the driver composed of German Infineon special driving IC (Patent No.: ZL 202020629870.6) to minimize IGBT switching loss. At the same time, the IC with synchronous rectifier driving function is adopted to simplify the synchronous rectifier driving circuit, and its work is more stable and reliable.

2. Each unit module solves the problems of signal attenuation and interference through high-speed digital grid control (Patent No.: ZL202022097272.1). At the same time, the control commands and control parameters of each unit module are digitally transmitted by RS485 network through the whole machine controller. Each unit module has its own current and voltage automatic correction and regulation system, so as to achieve the effect of complete current sharing.

3. The power module adopts the original imported IGBT (Infineon) with better performance and higher efficiency as the main power device, and the secondary rectifier adopts high-efficiency Schottky diode and synchronous MOS tube, which greatly improves the efficiency of the whole machine.

4. Each power unit module is exactly the same. When replacing the module, just set the background address code to be the same as the module to be replaced without any debugging.

5. Each power unit module has hot plug function. The replacement module can be replaced without shutdown, which will not affect the production.

6. N + X redundant standby system is adopted in the design of high-power high-frequency switching power supply. Under normal conditions, all module units participate in the work. Once one of the modules fails, the system will automatically exit the fault unit, and other modules share the fault unit current to keep the total output voltage and current unchanged. At the same time, the fault module can be taken out for maintenance, which greatly improves the reliability of the power supply.

The centralized control of rectifier adopts RS485 network (Registration No.: 2020RS1628209), with high control precision, simple wiring, strong anti-interference ability, self error correction function and repeated data transmission function. The computer or upper computer controls dozens of power supplies through RS485 grid. It is easy to operate and maintain. If the rectifier needs to be replaced, just change the background address inside the rectifier without any other adjustment.
